INGREDIENTS: Tomato (38%), Water, Red Split Lentils (10%), Onion, Red Pepper (6%), Chipotle Chilli Paste (Sugar, Red Pepper Juice, Molasses, Tomato Puree, Water, Salt, Chipotle Chilli, Smoked Paprika, Jalapeno Pepper, Onion Salt, White Wine Vinegar, Garlic Salt), Tomato Puree, Rapeseed Oil, Cornflour, Sugar, Garlic Puree, Salt, Parsley.
Preparation and Safety
Cooking instructions: Hob
Empty contents into a pan. To heat on the hob. Moderate heat. 5-6 mins. Stir continuously until piping hot.
Cooking instructions: Microwave
Microwave from chilled but can also be heated on the hob. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before heating. Before heating: Remove lid and replace loosely. Place directly into microwave. During heating: Stir after 3 minutes. Re-cover and continue heating. After heating: Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Microwave on full power. Cat C - 700w. 6½ mins. Cat D - 800w. 6 mins. Cat E - 900w. 5½ mins.
Warnings:
